Research & analysis
To begin with, we collect all the information, ask questions so that we understand the task and procedures properly. We conduct interviews with the users and go to where the action is to observe users. We research, analyze and assess the human, technical and economic factors that are relevant for the success of a project. Complex processes are visualized and serve to question and simplify procedures.
Ideation
From the numerous creative ideas and approaches we filter out meaningful and innovative design concepts, and visualize them using sketches and models.
Design conception
The favored ideas are created in 3D and presented with realistic visualizations.
Models
Simple life-size volume models enable us at a very early stage to better estimate proportions and functions, and to examine how ergonomic the means of operation and handling are, and subsequently perfect them.
Design-DNA
We take the best ideas and develop a consistent and unmistakable design language (design DNA), which unites all products of the brand. The tailored design language is intended to manifest the competence of the brand and lead to a unique product experience.
Design detailing
The individual components, surfaces and details are refined in 3D. We define and specify the characteristics and qualities and document them in a design guide for future projects.
Implementation & market launch
During implementation we assist with the construction, and inspect the quality of the initial sample: We accompany every development in all design-relevant aspects through to market launch.
