The young talent competition "aed neuland" will be launched again in 2021.
With the support of the Karl Schlecht Foundation, the aed (Association for the Promotion of Architecture, Engineering and Design) is holding the eighth "aed neuland" interdisciplinary competition for young designers up to the age of 28. The deadline for submissions is 31.03.2021.
An independent jury consisting of 20 recognized experts from architecture, engineering and design will decide on the award. Olaf Barski has been on this prestigious jury since the beginning and is looking forward to the exciting discussions. "The aim of the competition is to promote innovative and sustainable design that is characterized by the greatest possible economic as well as ecological quality and that is functional as well as user-friendly at the same time, while also meeting the highest aesthetic requirements," is how the organizers from the board of aed, Silvia Olp and Dr. Frank Heinlein, put it.
