Red Dot meets creative Asia
Prof. Dr. Peter Zec, Prof. Ron Nabarro, Eero Miettinen, Prof. Philine Bracht, Sertac Ersayin, Tom Tjaarda, Dr. Silke Claus and Olaf Barski open the design congress ICIF2009 "Red Dot meets Creative Asia" in Shenzhen, China. Several hundred guests will take part in the opening ceremony, at which Professor Dr. Peter Zec, initiator of the Red Dot Design Award and Icsid Senator, will also give a speech.
The exhibition "red dot meets creative asia" presents the enormous potential of Asian design to a broad audience.
After the opening ceremony there will be a Red Dot reception for invited guests, designers and media only. On this occasion Prof. Dr. Zec will present the Red Dot in a presentation. "red dot meets creative asia" is a cooperation project of Shenzhen Sphinx Cultural Investment Co. Ltd. and red dot.
Afterwards they will travel together to Taicang and Shanghai to the China International Industrial Design Summit "Design changes China 2009".
